Gyro Rice & Spice started with a simple idea: bring the bold, fresh flavors of the Mediterranean to North Texas — fast, fresh, and packed with real ingredients.

Every gyro is sliced from a real spit. Every falafel is hand-rolled and fried to order. Our sauces — including our famous spicy garlic and creamy ziki — are made in-house every morning. Nothing pre-bagged, nothing pre-frozen.
